Every message goes to James Morales. We do not use a contact form, an autoresponder or a ticketing queue — email is the whole system, and it is read by a person.

What to include

Corrections. Send the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. Verified substantive corrections are made on the page with a note describing what changed.
Editorial questions and story suggestions. Tell us the question you were trying to answer and where the existing coverage failed you. That is usually the best guide to what is worth writing.
Advertising. Display inventory on this site is served through third-party ad networks. For direct placement inquiries, include your company, the campaign window and the sections you are interested in.
Privacy and data requests. Access, deletion, and opt-out requests are handled under our privacy policy. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line so it is not missed.
Copyright and takedown. Identify the work, the URL on this site, and your relationship to the rights holder.

Response times

Most email is answered within two business days. Corrections are prioritized over everything else. We do not accept unsolicited guest posts, paid links, or link-exchange requests, and those messages are not answered.

Mainstream Spectrum operates as an independent online publication in the State of Maryland, United States. A postal address for legal notices is available on request by email.
